Fantastic company to work with! Cooper was very helpful helping me figure out the right windows for our home and was always very responsive. Alex and the installation crew were professional, did a great install of (3) large windows on a second floor, protected all our floors and furniture and communicated with me throughout the day. Highly recommend Reliable Windows & Doors.

I would give them 100 Stars if I could! Exceptional, professional, and respectful! They had some challenges because the room has a crack running through it, but they were able to do the sliding glass door and level it with our existing doggie door. I also asked them to come at around 9:30 AM because I am my mom‘s primary caregiver and they are completely respectful of my time. Would not use another window or door company. Can’t wait to have them back to finish up some other things that I would like to do! Thank you again, Reliable for the fair price as well!

Just had our windows replaced with the retrofit Milgard ones and they are amazing! The whole team had been awesome from the initial quote to the installation day. They were very quick to respond to any questions I had and communication was constant. Price was competitive to other companies I looked at but it was their quick, detailed and honest responses that set them apart. Alex and the team that installed were professional and kept our place very clean. Installation was faster than I anticipated and they went above and beyond to make sure we were happy.

We have a few more windows to do and we will definitely be going with them again!

Elliott is a factual guy. If he says the product will be in 6 weeks then it will be 6 weeks unless the factory has a fabrication issue.
The installation crew were very friendly and professional. They didn’t waste any time getting to work. They shared what they’re doing if I asked. Great crew.

Shopping around for windows and doors seems daunting. Getting quotes from many different vendors, but I am so glad that I chose American Reliable Windows and Doors. They were upfront with pricing and extremely competitively priced. They sought to get us exactly what we wanted and not to upsell us on what we did not want or need. Buying and measuring is only 10% of the worry with window and doors seems daunting installation. 90% comes down to installation. The American Reliable Windows and Doors installation team was beyond a dream! I could not have imagined more professional employees from any company and they went above and beyond. They started on time and placed plastic and floor covers over the entire house to ensure a clean and safe environment. They were both incredibly thorough and efficient in their installation. We had five windows and two patio doors and they were done in under a work day. Don’t let the speed make you think it was not exceptional work. They went above and beyond on every crack and crevice to ensure a proper seal and a seamless look. For the patio doors, they laid some concrete and waterproofing to level the doors where the old frames were deep down. They even went above and beyond to ensure the board leading up to the patio doors matched our hardwood perfectly. Before they left, they cleaned the glass inside and out, swept, and vacuumed. They truly left the house cleaner than when they left. The quality of windows is exceptional. Their customer service is top notch. But most important of all, their employees that install go beyond to make everything perfect. It was a perfect experience and I would recommend this company to everyone getting new windows and doors
